Bira produced this in association with blue tokai coffee roasters. Appearance is very dark with a little foam. It smells nutty and like a slightly over-roasted bean. Its got a dry and light mouthfeel. Tastes like a mix of cold brew and a coffee stout.

The Malabar Stout is our version of a coffee stout. Inspired by the Malabar Hills of India and made with locally- sourced coffee from Blue Tokai coffee roasters, this beer is meant to mimic cold brew coffee with alcohol. This all-day stout is light on the palate and features the tropical, robust flavours of coffee with rich malty undertones. Low Bitterness.
