Tasting Notes
Dark fruits, vanilla, coffee, spice and liquorice on the nose, with plum, blackcurrant, dark cherry & cassis following through on the palate. This wine is concentrated, powerful &firm, yet the tannins are soft and well- integrated. Long on the finish. Perfect to sip on its own, it also pairs beautifully with hearty barbeques, rich paneer & red meat dishes, or with cheese at the end of a long evening.
