Perlino, Prosecco DOC is a dry sparkling wine made from the Glera (Prosecco) grape variety, which grows in the Veneto region. It is produced using the classic "Charmat" method. Sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany spicy dishes; it goes well with white meat and fish, seafood and Mediterranean salads, sushi, and fresh creamy cheeses.
