After a minimum of twelve years of aging in white oak casks, until optimal maturity is achieved, the rums are aged for two additional years in Pedro Xim?nez sherry casks, contributing to Ambassador?s complex sensory profile. This incomparable rum features aromas reminiscent of port wine, dried fruits and cigar boxes. It is complex on the palate with cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted oak notes leading onto a long, pleasing aftertaste.

Tasting Notes
Fruity and thick nose with almond, hazelnut and cocoa. Toffee apples, fruits and hints of cooked banana, juicy sherry and mince pies, alongside deep notes of cinnamon and potpourri. Rich and fruity with a buttery biscuit base, cinnamon, dried apricots, dates and Nutella. The predominant flavour, however, is of really good sweet pipe tobacco. Stunning.
