A well-balanced single malt Irish whiskey, Sexton has been created by master distiller Alex Thomas and is made with 100% Irish malted barley. It is triple distilled before being aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks, giving it a rich, fruity character with notes of honeycomb.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich aromas of nuts, marzipan and dark chocolate with a pinch of spice. Palate: Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice. Finish: Woody on the finish, with honeyed sweetness coming through.
