Ingredients:
- 2.5 oz vodka - RODCHENKO VODKA
- .75 cup tomato juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce (optional)
- .25 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 pinch celery salt (For Rims)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Kosher salt
- 1 seedless cucumber, cut into sticks
- Lemon Wedges
This beloved brunch staple has evolved since it was reportedly invented in a bar in 1920s Paris—and named after England's Queen Mary I.
Instructions:
1. In large measuring cup or pitcher, combine lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Stir in tomato juice and vodka.
2. Rub rims of glasses with lemon wedge and dip in celery salt. Serve over ice with cucumber sticks and lemon wedges.
