Ingredients:
- 1 oz. amber rum - OLD CAPTAIN BROWN RUM
- 1 oz. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau - COINTREAU ORANGE LIQUEUR
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. orgeat syrup (optional)
- 1 oz. dark rum - OLD MONK XXX DARK RUM
- Small pineapple wedge, for serving
Nothing says palm trees and sandy beaches quite like this Polynesian drink. Now all you need is someone to bring it to you on a tray as you loll on your lounge chair.
Instructions:
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, stir together rum, orange juice, Cointreau, lime juice, and orgeat syrup (if using).
Step 2
Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a rocks glass and top with dark rum. Serve with a pineapple wedge.
