- 1 oz. gin - SOCI THE INDIAN GIN STORY
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth - CINZANO ROSSO
- 1 oz. Campari - CAMPARI BILLER BITTERS
- Orange twist, for serving
Originated in Florence in 1919, this bright, Campari-based cocktail became a social media sensation a century later, spawning Negroni week and the hashtag #negronioclock. It’s spirit forward (hello, gin) with complexity so we completely get the hype!
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, then squeeze orange twist over top and drop into glass.
