Ingredients:
- 2 oz. London dry gin - BOMBAY SAPPHIRE LONDON DRY
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- soda water
Instructions:
STEP 1
Shake lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin with ice.
STEP 2
Strain into a Collins glass over ice.
STEP 3
Top with soda water, and garnish with lemon and cocktail cherry.
